Zapi Terms of Service

Effective Date: September 17, 2026

Last Updated: September 17, 2026

Welcome to Zapi (the “App”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are an agreement between Kaeson Technology Limited (“Zapi,” “we,” “us,” or the “Operator”) and you (“you” or “User”). Please read them before downloading, installing, creating an account, or using the App.

By tapping Agree, creating an account, installing, or using Zapi, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. The Zapi Service

1.1 Zapi is a mobile browser, search, and content-access utility. Features may include web browsing, search, featured content, bookmarks, browsing history, tabs, downloads, My List, watch history and playback progress, sharing, notifications, settings, feedback, and related functions.

1.2 Some browser functions may be used without an account. Features such as cloud My List, account-linked history or progress, account management, and cross-device synchronization may require you to sign in.

1.3 Zapi may add, change, suspend, or discontinue features to reflect product, security, legal, or app-store requirements. Where required, we will give notice in the App, on our website, or by other reasonable means.

1.4 Websites, media, search results, applications, and other third-party materials reached through Zapi are supplied by their respective providers. Zapi does not create or control all third-party content and does not grant you rights to use it.

2. Accounts and Sign-In

2.1 Depending on your device and region, Zapi may offer sign-in with Google, Apple, or an email verification code. Android may not display Sign in with Apple. Available methods may change.

2.2 If you use a sign-in credential that is not already linked to a Zapi account, Zapi may create a new account for you. If the credential is already linked, you will enter the corresponding account. Zapi does not automatically merge accounts merely because credentials use the same email address or device.

2.3 A single Zapi account may have more than one sign-in method linked to it. Each Google, Apple, or email credential may be linked to only one Zapi account at a time. You may manage linked methods in Settings & Help > Account information.

2.4 Email sign-in uses a time-limited, six-digit verification code. You must provide an email address you are authorized to use. You must not request excessive codes, attempt to guess codes, or interfere with authentication controls.

2.5 When you sign in with Google or Apple, the relevant provider authenticates you. Zapi does not receive your Google or Apple password. Your use of that provider remains subject to its own terms.

2.6 You are responsible for maintaining control of your device, email account, and linked sign-in methods. Notify us at [email protected] if you believe your Zapi account has been accessed without authorization.

3. Sessions, Linked Methods, and Account Data

3.1 Zapi supports one active signed-in device per account. Signing in on another device may end the previous session. A session may also end when it expires, is revoked for security reasons, or the account is deleted or suspended.

3.2 You may link or unlink an available sign-in method. Zapi may prevent an unlink if it would leave the account without any usable sign-in method. Unlinking a method does not delete the Zapi account or its cloud data.

3.3 When signed in, Zapi may synchronize My List, watch history, and playback progress with your account. Synchronization is intended to make the latest available account data accessible across sessions, but temporary delay, conflicts, or service interruption may occur.

3.4 Web bookmarks, detailed browser history, tab data, and downloads are not account-synchronized in this version. They remain associated with the device unless you delete them, clear App data, or uninstall the App.

3.5 If account-based title-update notifications are enabled, the current device may be associated with the currently signed-in account. When you switch accounts, sign out, or delete the account, Zapi will stop using that device association for the previous account.

4. Sharing, Links, Clipboard, and Notifications

4.1 Zapi may allow you to share the App or a title through third-party applications or the system share menu. The destination service controls how the shared material is displayed and is governed by its own terms and privacy policy.

4.2 A shared link may open Zapi directly when the App is installed. On supported platforms, a deferred link may open the intended page after installation. Availability depends on the operating system, app store, device settings, and third-party services.

4.3 On iOS, for an eligible first launch after installation, Zapi may ask for permission to read the clipboard to recognize a Zapi link code copied from our landing page. If permission is granted and a valid Zapi code is found, Zapi may open the corresponding in-App page. Zapi does not need clipboard access for ordinary browsing, and declining permission leaves you on the regular entry page.

4.4 Some playback continuation options may allow sharing instead of watching an advertisement. Usage limits may apply and are calculated using Zapi’s server time. Completing a share action does not guarantee how the receiving application publishes or delivers the shared content.

4.5 Notifications are optional. You can control them in the App or your device settings. Delivery timing and availability depend on your operating system and notification provider.

5. Eligibility and Acceptable Use

5.1 You must have legal capacity to accept these Terms. If you are under the age at which you may enter into a binding agreement in your location, use Zapi only with consent and supervision from a parent or guardian.

5.2 You must comply with applicable law and must not:

6. Third-Party Services and Content

6.1 Zapi may interact with third-party websites, search engines, identity providers, email-delivery services, advertising providers, analytics services, app stores, social applications, and notification services. Their own terms and privacy policies apply to their services.

6.2 When you choose to visit a website, search, sign in, share, or open another application, the relevant third party receives the information needed to complete that action. You decide whether to proceed.

6.3 You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to access, save, download, share, or otherwise use third-party content. Zapi does not endorse and cannot guarantee the legality, accuracy, safety, availability, or quality of third-party content.

7. Advertising

7.1 Some features may be supported by advertising. You may be asked to watch a short advertisement or, where available, complete an alternative action such as sharing in order to continue. Limits, eligibility, and available options may change and will be shown in the App.

7.2 Advertising content may be supplied by third parties. Zapi is not responsible for a third-party advertiser’s products, services, or claims.

8. Intellectual Property and Feedback

8.1 Zapi’s software, interface, trademarks, logos, documentation, and original materials are owned by the Operator or its licensors. These Terms give you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the App in accordance with these Terms.

8.2 You may not copy, sell, rent, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from Zapi except as permitted by law or with our written authorization.

8.3 If you submit feedback or suggestions, you confirm that you may do so and grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use them for operating, supporting, and improving Zapi.

9. Sign-Out, Suspension, and Account Deletion

9.1 You may sign out at any time. Signing out ends the account session on that device but does not delete the Zapi account or locally stored browser data.

9.2 You may request account deletion in Settings & Help > Account information > Delete account. You must review and confirm the deletion notice. Account deletion is irreversible after processing.

9.3 Deleting your Zapi account removes or de-identifies the Zapi profile, linked sign-in methods, My List, synchronized watch history, and synchronized playback progress, subject to limited security, legal, and backup retention described in the Privacy Policy. Local downloads, bookmarks, detailed browser history, and other device-only data may remain until you delete them or remove the App.

9.4 Where applicable, Zapi will revoke or remove its authorization relationship with the linked identity provider as part of account deletion. This does not delete your Google, Apple, or email account.

9.5 We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect users or the service, investigate misuse, comply with law, or enforce these Terms. We will provide notice where reasonably possible and legally permitted.

10. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

10.1 ZAPI IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS. TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP OR THIRD-PARTY CONTENT WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, ACCURATE, OR SUITABLE FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

10.2 We are not responsible for loss caused by third-party services or content, network failures, device settings, actions you authorize, force majeure, or use that violates these Terms.

10.3 TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, BUSINESS, OR GOODWILL. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR A CLAIM RELATING TO ZAPI WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR ZAPI DURING THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) USD $15 IF YOU PAID NOTHING.

10.4 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

11. Changes to These Terms

11.1 We may update these Terms when the service, law, or our practices change. We will publish the updated version in the App or at https://www.zapiapp.com.

11.2 We will provide prominent notice of material changes when required. If consent is legally required, we will request it. If you do not accept an updated version, you should stop using Zapi and may delete your account.

12. Governing Law, Disputes, and Contact

12.1 These Terms are governed by applicable law, including mandatory consumer-protection rules in your place of residence.

12.2 Please first contact us to seek a good-faith resolution. Unresolved disputes may be submitted to a court with jurisdiction unless mandatory law provides otherwise.

12.3 These Terms and the Zapi Privacy Policy form the agreement governing your use of Zapi. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective.
